The Retractable bar is often used in conjunction with the T-Top Bollard and Traffic cones . When fully extended it is a width of 2.4M and retracted to a minimum of 1.2M. It is designed to join traffic cones or T-Top bollards to form a physical barrier to block off a area that could be hazardous.

The inground bollard is more so a perminant solution of an inground bollard. The inground bollard has no sleeve as such. It is essentially a heavy duty bollard, that gets concreted straight into the ground.
